As a 60-plus person employee-owned agency, the people you will work with have a stake in how well we serve you long term. We’re here to build brands, not portfolios. You’ll find that our senior leadership remains actively engaged in your work throughout the tenure of our relationship. You’ll also find that curious minds throughout the building are grounded in the fundamentals but not mired in them. It’s true that our marketing processes have been the subject of three textbooks, but you won’t find us spouting off a lot of jargon. We’re passionate about our work but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
