At the core of a brand’s success lies a deep understanding of the target consumer so it can make an emotional (and rational) connection with them. This principle is genetic to us:  we use our in-house research group to ensure alignment between the answers a brand finds and the action it wants to take. To uncover core truths, we use a range of approaches from ethnography to internally developed methods such as Meal Time ConfessionsSM. But our work doesn’t end there. To help brands stay on top of the ever-changing consumer and marketplace, we are skilled in a range of research techniques from tracking studies to creative idea testing to new product optimization research.
