Hiebing Names 20th Partner, Hires Three New Employees

Top integrated marketing firm fortifies commitment to collaborative leadership

Hiebing, an integrated marketing and brand development firm, recently named Matt Matt BielarczykBielarczyk as the company’s 20th partner. The firm also added Account Executive Frank Vanderwall and Account Coordinators Maggie Brennan and Justine Rudeen to its team.

For the past eight years, Bielarczyk has served as lead programmer and technical architect for Hiebing clients including Culver’s, Kinetico, Nutricia and Schneider National. He develops applications, games, websites and mobile presences using a diverse technology stack, with a focus on Responsive Web Design, social media apps and a deep interest in standards-based web technologies and web production best practices. Matt fuses his technical experience with design, user experience and analytics, with a driving creativity to produce projects that push the boundaries of digital technologies.

“We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome Matt to our partnership program here at Hiebing,” said Dave Florin, president at Hiebing. “He’s the epitome of what we stand for: hardworking, talented, client-oriented and collaborative—a true team player.”

Hiebing’s unique partnership philosophy, which comprises nearly 40 percent of the firm, presents an ownership stake to employees who continually strive to move its clients’ brands forward. The program was initiated in 1981 to maintain a collaborative culture where team members are personally vested in their clients’ success.

In addition to Bielarczyk’s partnership, Hiebing hired three new associates in its client service department to complement the needs of the firm’s expanding list of clients.

As account executive, Frank Vanderwall synchronizes client business strategy with creative marketing communications styles. Hailing from Chicago’s marketing scene, Vanderwall leverages his client experience working in the retail industry for brands such as Walgreens. He is currently working to attain an M.B.A. from North Park University in marketing, finance and economics.

Steering client projects from start to finish, account coordinator Maggie Brennan comes to Hiebing as a former reporting intern for Fox News Chicago. She ensures her clients at Hiebing are staying ahead of trends through in-depth market strategy research. Brennan works day to day with clients including Kwik Trip, ThedaCare, Monona Terrace and Big City Mountaineers.

Justine Rudeen also joins Hiebing’s client service team as an account coordinator. She provides ground support to her team to ultimately set brand strategy apart in the marketplace for clients like UW Colleges and Extension, AnchorBank, Dean, St. Mary’s and Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Hiebing, Rudeen interned for Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., Epic and Motorola Solutions.
