A premium maker of home water systems, including purification and softening, Kinetico needed to reenergize its dealer network and spur sales. We saw an untapped opportunity to invite women into the conversation and thereby into the category (while the buying decision is typically made by couples, communication in the category historically ignored the better half). Knowing our target cares profoundly about what enters her home, and particularly what her family consumes, we set out to bring water treatment out of the basement and into her world. By leveraging her role in the decision making process, Kinetico’s relevance increased, Web traffic doubled and Web leads to dealers increased 400%.
