Paul understands client concerns more viscerally than most. That’s because he’s worked client-side for most of his career. After receiving his MBA from the University of Minnesota, Paul joined Kimberly-Clark, where he helped manage the Kleenex brand during a period of both organic and acquisition-driven growth. Paul later joined Kraft Foods in Chicago, working on classic brand icons like Shake ’n Bake and Kraft Singles as well as Athenos and DiGiorno. Most recently, he founded the marketing program at Fiskars, a global consumer products company headquartered in Helsinki.
Paul knows how to successfully drive and deliver organic growth. He has managed base business P&Ls and has driven new business and new product development initiatives. He believes that if you truly understand your consumers, define and answer the right questions, and leverage the whole bench to execute your plan with excellence, anything is possible. When not driving business growth, look for him behind the wheel of one of his two “somewhat modified” sports cars.
