Answering the call to take the stage, Hiebing president Dave Florin accepted Ad Age’s 2015 Midwest Region Small Agency of the Year Award on Thursday at Ad Age’s seventh annual National Small Agency Conference and Awards in Boston.

Ad Age, the leading global source of news, intelligence and conversation for the marketing and media community, holds the annual conference to ensure smart thinking and innovative brand ideas produced by agencies with up to 150 people receive the recognition they deserve.

The Small Agency of the Year, Midwest award is one more testament to our belief that “good enough is never enough” when it comes to inspiring brand devotion. This award not only celebrates the company work ethic and continued success but also speaks to the spirit of the agency, our great client partnerships and the 78 storytellers within these four walls.

As its agency of record, Hiebing has helped Culver’s grow from a regional fast-food chain to one with 549 locations in 22 states; transformed Schneider from a sales-driven trucking company into a global logistics thought leader; and elevated multiple specialty food brands in the Kerry Ingredients portfolio to premium brand experiences.
