“When people ask why I’ve stayed at Hiebing for so long, the answer is simple: the people. Not only the coworkers, who are righteous, curious and caring, but the clients, too. Everyone collaborates meaningfully, shares vulnerability and prioritizes empathy for one another and for the target who we’re all working to market to. I’ve always loved the first adage I heard someone say when I interviewed at Hiebing six years ago, “We take our work seriously, not ourselves.”
