A decade of partnership was celebrated when Culver’s awarded Hiebing the 2019 Premier Partnership Award. The highest honor a supplier can receive from the franchising system, this annual award goes to suppliers who collaborate to better understand the brand’s needs, give it a competitive advantage, and share similar values and beliefs. Hiebing was presented the award during Culver’s 35th annual Reunion—a gathering of franchise owners/operators and Culver’s Support Center leaders.

As its agency of record, Hiebing has been integral in successfully building the Culver’s brand for over a decade, from continuous improvement of guest learning and research, to effective and efficient media spending, to successful creative execution. Hiebing created the Welcome to Delicious campaign for Culver’s, highlighting the brand’s close ties with its producer-partners and showing people where their food comes from. Welcome to Delicious lives in restaurants, digital advertisements, television commercials, out of home, social media and all other marketing touchpoints.
